6.10.24, 9-11am: Kid Art with Katie - Printmaking
During this class, students will learn about the art of printmaking and the various ways to practice this craft. We will be creating prints of summer insects using a variety of materials. Since nobody wants to sit and watch paint dry, we will be creating Sun Prints using toy bugs and other items as well. During our time together we will be reading a couple of fun art books, and, of course, have some snacks! Your child will be bringing home at least two finished pieces of artwork after this class, if not a couple more from the Sun Prints.
